🌟 Beautiful, Affectionate Young Dog Looking for His Forever Home 🌟
We are looking for a loving, committed home for our 16-month-old Catahoula x American Bulldog. This is no fault of his own—he’s a wonderful dog—and we’re taking our time to find the right match for him.
He is an incredibly affectionate, loyal boy who absolutely adores people. He’s the kind of dog that wants to be by your side, whether that’s curled up on the sofa or following you around the house. He has a very soft, loving nature and thrives on attention.
He’s great with children, though due to his size and playful energy we recommend a home with older children (8+). He already knows basic commands like sit and paw, is crate trained, and is very food-motivated—making him a great candidate for continued training.
He would really suit an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, structure, and ongoing training. With the right guidance, he has so much potential to be an amazing companion.
He will need to be the only pet in the home, as he isn’t comfortable living with other dogs or cats. Out on walks, he can pass other dogs calmly as long as they are not reactive. His recall isn’t fully there yet, so he’ll need to stay on lead unless in a secure area.
This boy is full of personality—he loves his comforts, will happily claim a spot on the sofa, and will gently paw you for more fuss if you stop!
We’re looking for someone who understands larger breeds and can offer him time, patience, and lots of love. In return, you’ll get an incredibly loyal and affectionate companion.
