🌟 MEET WILSON – A GENTLE SOUL SEARCHING FOR HIS SAFE PLACE 🐾💛 💛 Wilson the Sofa Snuggler – Affectionate, Loyal & Ready to Give His Whole Heart Looking for a gentle, loving companion to share peaceful days, quiet walks and cosy evenings? Wilson could be the special boy you’ve been waiting for… 🐶 About Wilson ✨ Handsome hound mix ✨ Rescued in Cyprus at just six months old ✨ Flew to UK at around one year old ✨ Currently living in Atherstone ✨ Medium-large size at approximately 27kg ✨ Fully house trained and crate trained 💛 Why You’ll Love Him Wilson is a deeply affectionate boy who forms incredibly strong bonds once he feels safe. When he trusts you, he is a total sofa-snuggler who would happily curl up beside you and soak up all the love you have to give. He is: 🏡 Calm, settled and content indoors 🌙 A sound sleeper who sleeps peacefully through the night 🕰️ Happy to be left for a few hours without distress 🍽️ Excellent around food, with no begging, stealing or guarding 🥏 A huge fan of chasing his frisbee — although bringing it back is another matter! 😄 🐕 Playful with other dogs when given the chance to run and enjoy himself Wilson walks beautifully on the lead in quiet surroundings. He can become excited when he first sees other dogs, particularly at the beginning of a walk, but with calm handling and gentle distraction, he is able to settle. Off lead, Wilson enjoys playing with other dogs, although he can sometimes become a little over-excited and benefits from gentle breaks to help him calm down. 🌿 His Perfect Home Wilson is a sensitive boy who can be easily startled by unexpected noise, movement or activity. He needs a calm and understanding home where life is peaceful, routines are predictable and he can build trust at his own pace. His ideal home would offer: ✔️ A quiet, household where any kids are older and dog savvy ✔️ Experienced or understanding adopters ✔️ A calm environment with predictable routines ✔️ Patient people who will allow him time to feel safe ✔️ Peaceful walks away from busy areas where possible ✔️ Plenty of love, reassurance and sofa space 🐾 A Little Note Wilson is being rehomed through absolutely no fault of his own. He has been lovely with the children and familiar people in his former home. Sadly, despite considerable time, patience and love, he never felt safe around one member of the household and they wanted him rehomed. His family loved him dearly and the decision was incredibly difficult, but they wanted Wilson to have the calm, peaceful life he deserves. He is currently living in kennels hoping for a new family to step forward soon. 💫 Ready to Change His Life — and Let Him Change Yours? In the right home, Wilson will reward you with unwavering loyalty, affection and companionship. Once he chooses you as his person, he will give you his whole heart. If you are looking for a gentle soul to share quiet days, cosy evenings and a truly meaningful bond, Wilson could be your perfect match. 🐾💛 📩 Interested?
