💕 OUR SWEET BOY HUGO 💕
Hugo came to us after he was sold online 💔
Hugo was sold as a healthy dog, thankfully his buyer was a lovely lady who instantly knew he was unwell & reached out for help.
Upon arrival we could see ( & smell ) that Hugo had a urinary tract infection.
UTI’s are very common, if your dog has accidents in the home, leaving a strong armonia or fishy smell, drinking excessively or struggling to urinate, they need a vet urgently.
UTI’s are very painful & we suspect poor Hugo has suffered for a long time.
More recently Hugo has been diagnosed with
Patellar luxation, this condition causes the kneecap (patella) to repeatedly slip out of its normal place This dislocation temporarily locks the knee joint, causing the dog to skip, hop, or limp until the kneecap pops back into place.
He also has hip dysplasia.
Hugo’s legs can look unsteady, but despite this he still loves his walks, he just needs help getting on & off the couch.
Hugo is a love bug, a shy very boy who can be nervous & cowers around men, but once he trusts you, he won’t leave your side & just wants love & cuddles 24/7.
He loves humans, children, other dogs & although not yet cat tested we expect he will pass.
House trained, great on lead & enjoys short walks. Would suit a calm home where he can be a little luv bug cuddled on your lap all day
We are thankful Hugo was brought to us or he would still be suffering in pain now 💔
