Independent older female cat looking for a quiet home đž
We are looking for a calm, experienced home for our older cat (approximately 11 years old), who we originally rescued after she was abandoned by neighbours.
She has a more independent, semi feral nature and prefers a quiet environment where she can have her own space. She is not overly affectionate but does enjoy gentle interaction on her own terms, especially having her face stroked.
She spends time indoors but also benefits from having her own space and a peaceful setting. She would be best suited to a quiet household with minimal noise and activity.
She can be around children, but only in a home where they understand boundaries and limit handling, as she does not like being touched too much and may react if overwhelmed.
We believe she may have some sensitivity to the sun as her ears can become irritated, so a home that is mindful of this would be ideal.
Due to a change in circumstances, we feel she would be happier in a more suitable environment where her needs can be better met.
