Description

Our Odin is a 1.5 year old Great Dane x Cane Corso. He is a healthy boy with no issues. He is microchipped. Unfortunately, we are having to rehome our boy. He would have to go somewhere, where he can be the only male in the house. He is brilliant with our female, but he is not fond of our elderly male, and they have developed a dislike for eachother. We have tried to get them to like eachother, with no luck. So therefore, we had to make the difficult decision, as its not fair on either of them. The last push was a change in unforseen circumstances which have left us no other options. We have had Odin from 13 weeks old, he is an absolute diamond. He greets the neighbours female dog over the fence every morning, loves a fuss and all the attention he gets of people. He loves to play fetch and tug. He has been around our Cat, but she has always kept her distance from him. He is always curious when he sees her, but when we tell him to stay put, thats exactly what he does. Odin walks fab on the lead. He will rush you to the first spot where he can do his business, but after that he will walk next to you nicely. He doesnt react to other dogs barking at him on his walks. He walks straight past, and gives it no time. I will say, that I am not willing to hand him to anyone with small children. Although he is fine with children running by when he is out on his walks, he has not thoroughly been child tested. He has said hello to friends children before (10+ year old) and got a bit of fuss but thats about it. He lives with our teenager which is absolutely fine. He will only be rehomed to someone with proof of identity, and is happy with a house check from my husband and I. Therefore he would have to be rehomed in the North East. We are happy to travel to Sunderland/Newcastle/Durham and surrounding areas. Odin is still very much puppy like, and he is always keen to learn something new. He is house trained and can stay in the house by himself with no bother. Please if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. We just want him to move into his forever home and be safe and loved like he was with us.
