Description
Firstly, thanks for taking the time to look at my advert. *Please note Ruby is listed as a boy by accident, this will be changed shortly by pets4homes hopefully*
My two amazing dogs Bobbi and Ted have had a litter of six lovely puppies, each one unique in their own way. Both Mum and dad are both my pets and I've had them for around three years, they are both amazing and I wouldn't be without them. I'll give you a brief description of them before we get onto the pups.
Bobbi is a lovely girl. I've had her for 3 years and she is amazing. She loves her food and will eat anything and everything. She is mostly at home barking at the next door neighbours German Shepherd and loves to hunt rats and small animals, she is a proper terrier at heart. She is a majority Parsons Russell but has some other terriers in her mix also. She's also a brilliant mum and does a great job with the puppies, she's just gone off to feed them as I'm writing this!
Ted is a little cutie. He's a bit more reserved than Bobbi but is very loving and loves relaxing. He loves the outdoors and will sit in the garden all day if you let him. He also loves to watch TV for dogs and other animals, on seeing one he will bark and get quite excited. He's most at home relaxing on the bed where he likes to lay on his back, legs in the air. He is a toy/miniature poodle cross, the remainder of his breed being mainly terriers. I've had him for around two and a half years and actually adopted him from pets4homes. He's recently been neutered so his siring days are over!
The puppies were born on the 19th of June and everything we went as expected. Mum is still providing milk although not as much as before. I've been feeding them since 3 weeks so they are getting the majority of their nutrients from their kibble I expect. They have been regularly wormed and I also provide a formula/water mix but they are still getting used to this! They seem to be doing well with their food, some are more picky than others but that's to be expected.
I will of course provide a more detailed description of the puppies on their own page. Their personalities are starting to come out now, which is the main reason I never advertise until I can give a more thorough description of the pups. They all seem to be doing well, and they have started to keep me up at night, playing at 3am! This is normal and something I have gotten used to from previous litters!
As stated, they've been regularly wormed and will all come with their microchip, first vaccination jab and have a vet check before rehoming. They will also come with some spot on flea protection, a collar and a little blanket, which will have Mum and Dads scent on. This seemed to go down well last time, so I'm carrying this on.
Being cross puppies they will all be different, no two the same. Some will have short legs like dad, others long like mum. Some will be quite big, bigger than mum, and others will be around the same size as dad. I have plenty of photos and videos of the previous litters so I can happily share these with you, I can also generally tell which will be the biggest in the litter just by the legs and weights. The biggest dogs in the last litter are over 15kg and the smallest around 10kg, so quite a difference!
If you are interested in adopting please do get in touch. Please do give me a detailed description what you do for a living, where you live etc and why you want to adopt. If you send a one line message I won't bother to reply. I'm looking for the best homes for the puppies and I'm not in a rush.
Thank you, James.
