We had a really positive experience with our breeder from start to finish. Communication was great, they kept us updated regularly with photos and messages which made the whole process feel really reassuring. We were able to see mum and the home environment over video call before committing, which gave us confidence that the puppies were being raised in a safe, loving space.
Our puppy was happy, alert and well cared for when we collected her, and it was clear she had been handled regularly and was used to people. She’s settled in well overall and is already showing a lovely temperament.
The breeder also provided a really thoughtful starter pack, including a box of treats, her current food, a blanket with mum’s scent on and a toy, which really helped with her transition into her new home.
The breeder was friendly, approachable and happy to answer any questions we had, even after we brought her home. Overall, a really smooth and positive experience and we’re so happy with our puppy.
