💕 Meet Lottie – Could You Be Her Safe Place? 💕
Lottie is a beautiful 10-month-old mixed breed girl who has travelled all the way from Cyprus and is now settling into her foster home in Stoke-on-Trent, where she's patiently waiting for the family she deserves. ❤️
At around 11kg, Lottie is a lovely medium-small girl with the sweetest nature. She adores other dogs, walks beautifully on her harness, and once she trusts you, she is one of the most affectionate little souls you could ever hope to meet.
Lottie has had a difficult start in life and, like many rescue dogs, she's finding our busy world a little overwhelming. Loud lorries, rattling trailers, unexpected noises, or people getting too close can frighten her, so she's looking for a home where life moves at a gentler pace.
🏡 Lottie's perfect home would be:
🐾 In a quiet area.
🐾 With at least one calm, confident resident dog to show her the ropes.
🐾 With patient adopters who understand that trust takes time.
🐾 Someone willing to continue her toilet training while she builds confidence outdoors.
Despite her worries, Lottie is making steady progress every day. Every small victory is a huge achievement for this brave little girl.
And then there's the part that makes fostering dogs like Lottie so incredibly special...
There are simply no words to describe the feeling when a dog who is frightened of the world chooses to trust you. When she curls up beside you, rests her head on your lap, falls asleep knowing she's safe, or looks into your eyes with nothing but love, you realise just how much that trust means. ❤️
We truly believe that, given the right environment, Lottie will blossom into an amazing companion. She doesn't need perfection—she just needs someone willing to let her grow at her own pace.
