Justyna is great! She was prompt and clear with message communications, kind and helpful. She clearly loves her Russian Blue cats and their kittens! Justyna took great care of us and our kittens, being constantly available to answer all of our questions and making sure our two girls took to us immediately.
They came fully up-to-date with health checks, ID chips, vaccinations, TICA paperwork and even free insurance for the first month, which left us more time to focus on settling them in and of course, splashing out on toys and other equipment to make their transition even smoother!
They have been full of energy from day one and are playfully exploring their new home as I write.
Justyna gave us confidence in her experience and how much she really cares about these kittens really shines through. Ultimately, this is what helped us to make our decision.
