Description
Beautiful Feta was found as a stray with her young kittens. Luckily we had space to take her and her kittens in! She had obviously had to find her own food and as such can be a bit of a food thief if food is left out.
Feta is a sweet cat with an affectionate side but can get overwhelmed with handling and fuss, especially in the early settling-in days. As such, she would be suited to a home that has some experience with cats, no young children and a calm environment.
Once settled, she enjoys sitting on the sofa with you and does enjoy people being around. She also loves playing with toys, especially catnip ones, and has started doing zoomies in the evenings. She is looking for a calm, understanding home who will give her time and space to settle in and show her playful and affectionate side. Feta’s life before rescue was likely quite difficult, especially with kittens in tow, so it will be wonderful for her to find a forever home where she will be loved and spoilt.
Feta has been neutered, chipped and vaccinated and is in foster in Bramley.
Rehoming criteria:
- Some experience with cats
- Can live with teenagers
- No other cats
- Could live with a cat-savvy dog
- Will need outside access
- Can be left a working day
The minimum adoption fee is £205 per cat which includes:
- Neutering
- Microchip (there is a small fee to register/ transfer ownership)
- At least the first vaccination
- Up to date flea and worming
- A Pet Remedy new home kit
- 5 weeks free insurance with Agria
- A blanket for a familiar smell
- Ongoing advice and support
