Charley is a cutie who was saved from a horrible life on the streets in Hungary. He was begging for help but was chased, tormented and really terrified by locals … as soon as we heard about him, we stepped in and he is safe with us now and ready for adoption.
Charley is a kind hearted boy who is timid to start with, which is understandable after the treatment he has received, but he opens up as soon as he feels safe and loved. He loves playing and running about. He is a cute little guy who loves attention and enjoys cuddles once he gets to know you. He loves to be around dogs, in fact he would like a little doggie friend to learn from in his new home. He is only small in size, built up in his body but short legs, around 13kg.
He is looking for an experienced home to make him feel secure and to calm his reactivity both to strangers and on walks. He is wonderful in the house, is very clever, calm and sweet. He’s completely housetrained and can be left at home for an hour or two. He’s very gentle with food and treats, a polite boy. Loves playing with toys, balls and sticks. He is unsure and afraid of visitors and needs help with learning to trust and accept them. An experienced, quiet home is needed. He is good with older children (secondary age with dog experience), but does not trust younger children, probably due to being tormented when on the streets. Can you offer a loving forever home for him?
Vaccinated for entry to the UK, microchipped and dewormed, all of our dogs come with their own EU Passport. They are ready for adoption, subject to a home check and a minimum donation of £550.
