It is with a very heavy heart that we are looking for a forever home for our beautiful 6-year-old female KC Registered Lhasa Apso. We have had her since she was just 8 weeks old, so this has not been an easy decision. She is only looking for a new home due to a change in our family circumstances, and we want to find someone who will love her as much as we do. She is a 6th generation pure bred Lhasa Apso with a wonderful, affectionate nature. She absolutely loves people, gets on well with other animals, and has been brought up in a family home with children. She adores attention and will happily jump up to say hello to everyone she meets, although she is always very gentle. She can sometimes be a little wary of strangers initially, but it doesn’t take much – a little fuss and affection soon wins her over. She loves nothing more than curling up for a cuddle and being part of the family. She is fully house trained, is happy to be left on her own for short periods, and walks well on the lead. She enjoys being off the lead in quiet, safe areas where she can focus on you and has good recall. However, because she loves meeting people and saying hello, she can become distracted in busy places and may not always come straight back if she spots someone to make friends with! She has had one litter of four healthy puppies when she was two years old and has not been spayed. She is: * KC Registered * 6 years old * 6th generation pure bred * Fully house trained * Good on the lead * Can be left alone for short periods * Up to date with vaccinations * Up to date with flea and worming treatments * Regularly health checked * Friendly with children and other animals * Loving, affectionate and gentle She will come with her KC registration paperwork, along with her bed, food, toys and blankets. One of her blankets has been with her since she was a puppy and came from her mum, so we’d love for that to stay with her as it brings her comfort. Finding the right home is far more important to us than a quick sale. We are looking for someone who can offer her the love, attention and cuddles she deserves. We would ideally like to keep in touch with her new family and receive the occasional update, if they were happy to do so, as she has been a huge part of our lives.
