A little soul who was found wandering the streets of a forgotten town, completely alone, with cars rushing past and danger around every corner. Nobody was looking for her. Nobody seemed to care where she slept. Nobody knew whether she would survive another day. Had somebody not stepped in, BELLA could easily have been hit by a vehicle or caught by the dog wardens and taken to one of the dreadful kill shelters where so many unwanted dogs disappear forever.
