Weight: 22 lbs / 10.0 kg • Height: 16 inches tts. Free to a good home Type: cross-bred working type, ¼ terrier ¾ beagle, black & tan with white chest blaze, smooth coat, smart yet slightly dumpy & shortish build. Home bred, reared and trained, 5th generation. There are no behavioural issues: I am going abroad long term soon and must therefore re-home her. Sweets has had original puppy jabs but no boosters. She has been regularly treated for worms & fleas, most recently on 11th September 2026. She is a very good (greedy) feeder enjoying raw meat on or off the bone / joint, diced or minced, and offal, most tinned or pouch wet meaty food, and various all-in-one biscuit meal – but most especially Arkwrights Complete Working Dog. She also likes any suitable kichen or snack leftovers. She was bred to work and has done a bit, but not over keenly. However she is very good off lead and very responsive to recall etc, as well as being safe and steady with farm animals & birds (possibly not so much with cats?). She is used to walking out with other many dogs. She is generally “sweet” and playful by nature with other dogs large & small. She has always lived outdoors in farm based kennels, so is not currently house-trained, though I think she is smart enough to learn quickly.
