Gail was a very considerate pet owner, she supplied us with a blanket with the sent of the kittens mother and a box of dried food when we picked her up. Our kitten settled very quickly on arrival loving stokes. All communication was quickly responded to when needed and with pictures of our kitten before pick up. She also asked us to let her know the kittens name so she could use it before we picked her up.
