Ronnie is seeking a foster home or permanent home - home checks are involved and he is being ran through a rescue Our handsome boy Ronnie urgently needs a foster home. Ronnie was recently adopted alongside his best friend Reggie. While Reggie has settled beautifully, Ronnie is finding the transition much harder and is struggling to cope in his current environment. Ronnie is a sensitive, nervous boy who lacks confidence and can become overwhelmed in unfamiliar situations. He appears particularly uncomfortable around some men and needs a calm, understanding home where he can feel safe and secure while we help him work through his fears. We know Ronnie's perfect home is out there. What he needs right now is someone patient, kind and experienced with nervous dogs who can give him the time and space he needs to decompress. šŸ¾ Adult-only home preferred šŸ¾ Quiet home environment šŸ¾ Understanding of nervous or reactive dogs šŸ¾ Rescue support provided This isn't a bad dog. This is a worried dog who is telling us he is struggling. Ronnie deserves the chance to succeed, and we refuse to give up on him. If you could offer Ronnie a foster space, please contact us as soon as possible. Time is of the essence as we need to secure somewhere suitable for him quickly. Ronnie is house trained, crate trained, walks nicely on a lead, not possessive over food or toys, settles well during the night time, he enjoys licky mats and chew toys. Ronnie could happily live with other dogs or alone. He has shown some signs of reactivity towards dogs from afar while out and about on walks, however when actually meeting dogs he has been no problem at all. He has lived in several temporary foster homes alongside other dogs and has been great.
