Fran is a bright, happy little soul who has captured the hearts of everyone caring for her. At around 2 years old and approximately 35 cm, she is a small mixed‑breed girl with a big personality and an even bigger love for people.
She is currently safe in a shelter in Romania and is fully ready to travel to the UK as soon as the right foster or adoptive home is found.
