Our beautiful registered Shetland Nemo (Buxted Nimrod) is now very sadly for sale due to being outgrown. 39”, 11year old gelding who we have owned for over 4 years. We purchased him for my daughter when she was 18months old and she’s now 6. In that time he has been to lots of local shows, fun rides, all pony club activities including camp, he’s also no stranger to a fancy dress competition. We broke him to harness too which he took to really well but due to me having a baby he hasn’t done it for 12 months through lack of time. He is a great prospect for Shetland racing and has been off the lead rein with a more competent rider. He is great for the farrier, loads well and stands on the trailer for ages. Very good to clip, in fact he falls to sleep. Would excel in the show ring, well bred, it’s just not something we’ve been all that interested in.
