Yet somehow... people just keep scrolling. 🐾 Meet Kai & Gerda Kai and Gerda are a bonded brother and sister, just 2 years old. They have already survived more than most dogs ever should, but somehow they never lost their gentle hearts. They move through life side by side, comforting each other, playing together, sleeping together and quietly fitting into family life as if they've always belonged there. ✨ Highlights ✨ • SIZE: – Kai: Lower-medium (48 cm / 17 kg) – Gerda: Lower-medium (44 cm / 15 kg) • NEUTERED/SPAYED: Yes (both) • CHARACTER: Gentle • Calm • Affectionate • Thoughtful • Well-balanced • DOGS: Friendly • CATS: Unknown • CHILDREN: Good with gentle children 💔 Rescue Story Kai and Gerda were abandoned together in Western Ukraine. Originally there were three young dogs. One never survived. Kai lost an eye through past trauma. But neither he nor Gerda lost their trust in people. They stayed together through everything and still look at the world with kindness. 🐾 More About Them After arriving in the UK they settled into foster far quicker than anyone expected. Every day they become more relaxed, more confident and more affectionate. Their foster says they are simply a pleasure to live with. They happily wear their harnesses, love exploring, enjoy long walks, play beautifully together, settle calmly when left for a few hours and adore cuddling up with their people afterwards. They especially love spending time in the garden, chasing each other, lying in the sunshine and simply enjoying life. They needed only a few days to learn that the man of the house was safe. Now they happily greet him, accept treats and enjoy affection from the whole family. They don't demand attention. They don't create chaos. They simply make a house feel peaceful. They are that rare combination of dogs who enjoy adventures outside and become calm, elegant companions once back home. 🏡 Ideal Home Kai and Gerda are looking for one home together. A secure garden is important because they love playing and relaxing outdoors. They would thrive with people who enjoy countryside walks, outdoor adventures and cosy evenings on the sofa afterwards. Adopting a bonded pair brings something truly special.
