Scotty was rescued from a public shelter — a place where his chances were slipping away due to overcrowding.
Luckily, he was noticed just in time.
Now safe, he shows us every day what a truly lovely small dog he is…

A beautiful Australian Shepherd–type mix, likely with some Finnish Spitz genetics and additional mixed-breed influences.

A soft, fluffy coat

Scotty is a friendly, stable and cheerful boy with a lovely, easy-going nature.
He is not a pushy dog, not a “look at me” type — but a calm, pleasant companion who fits in naturally.
With other dogs, he is social and respectful.
He lives peacefully with his kennel mates and shows no dominant or overwhelming behaviour.

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
