Description

Odin is a 4 year old neutered male American staff. He is a beautiful dog with a friendly personality. He loves everyone although can be a bit timid at first. Raised with children and 2 cat brothers and he is fantastic with both. Due to absolutely no fault of his own we are looking to rehome him. We simply do not have the time or the attention to give to him and we want to give him the best possible life which we feel we are unable to give him now. Due to his breed he does need a fair amount of exercise and is very playful even at 4 years old. So daily walks and a garden is a must. He is around 21kg and is quite strong, so an experienced owner would be preferable. He has also always known a busy family house hold so again this would be preferable but not compulsory. He is fully house trained and completely non aggressive. He has quite poor recall so we walk him on an extendable lead however he is very friendly and loves meeting other dogs, although he does get very excited. Due to this excitement he would be best being placed in a home where he was the only dog. Cats and children are fine. He has had 6 monthly check ups since he was a pup and yearly vaccinations. No health issues. We will be heartbroken to see our baby go, but need to do whats best for him. We would want to meet the people/family thinking of adopting him and potentially see his new home/space before agreeing to give him up. Thank-you in advance.
