Description
Due to a completely unforeseen change in our circumstances, we are sadly looking to rehome our beautiful Golden Retriever x Show Cocker Spaniel.
A relatively rare mixed breed in this country (more popular in America, known as the Dakota), the Golden Cocker combines the loving, loyal and gentle attributes of both breeds coupled with a fun and playful love of life!
Our girl is 2.5 years old, has a good level of training and is obedient and eager to please. Great with children, other dogs and also cats. She weighs approximately 20kg.
Still young, she can be quite bouncy and energetic and needs at least an hour’s walk each day as well as mental stimulation and company.
She is crate trained where she happily eats her food, naps after walks and sleeps overnight in her crate.
Fully toilet trained, she doesn’t chew furniture / shoes etc and is generally very well behaved and a joy to have around.
She’s brilliant walking on and off the lead - she doesn’t run off too far and will keep checking back. Her recall is good, loves playing fetch and socialising with other dogs.
She enjoys company and loves to be sat and snuggle up with a human as much as possible.
No allergies / health issues. She is spayed, deflead and wormed. Records of vaccinations etc available.
We will be vetting potential new owners to find a stable & loving new home where she can continue to thrive and live her best life - as well as giving so much back to the right owner / family.
