❤️🐶 SUMMER – DON’T LET SUMMER END... YOUR CHANCE TO HAVE SUMMER FOREVER 🐶❤️ 📍 Available Maidstone • Oxford • Burton upon Trent on 2nd October 🌟 RBU, post-adoption support & 4 weeks insurance provided upon adoption (on request) 🌟 Summer is around 7 months old, a small-size girl — delicate, affectionate, joyful and completely in love with other dogs. ❤️ She may initially watch something new before deciding it's safe, but underneath is a happy, playful puppy who really wants to join in. And once Summer is in your arms? She simply melts, becoming completely still with happiness while enjoying her cuddles. 🌟 Highlights • SIZE: Small (37 cm / 7 kg); expected around 40–42 cm / 8–9 kg when grown • SPAYED: Not yet due to young age; recommended after her first season (spay/neuter agreement applies) • CHARACTER: Gentle • Affectionate • Joyful • Playful • Delicate • DOGS: Absolutely loves dogs; a friendly, playful resident dog is essential • CATS: Not tested • CHILDREN: Best with calm, patient children aged 12+ 💔 Rescue Story Summer shares her early story with her brother Prince and sister June. Around 30 dogs had been collected into a single flat with no garden. They weren't receiving proper walks, veterinary care, vaccinations or enough food. Neighbours constantly heard them crying and eventually contacted the authorities. When volunteers arrived, many dogs were terribly underweight, and the owners admitted that some had already died from starvation. Summer, Prince and June were only around 8–9 weeks old when they were removed. Thankfully, they went to a wonderful foster home, recovered beautifully and have grown into healthy, happy puppies who now know full bowls, affection, freedom and fun. ❤️ 🐾 More About Summer Summer currently lives in a separate garden house with free access to the garden during the day. Her housetraining is progressing beautifully: she toilets outside, nighttime accidents are now very rare, and she knows how to use a puppy pad if needed. With someone new, Summer may initially stand back and observe. She isn't a fearful puppy — just a little cautious about things she doesn't yet understand. Sit quietly on the floor and quite often that's enough for her curiosity to win. 😁 A friendly dog makes an even bigger difference. Summer watches other dogs, learns from them and follows their confidence. Once she trusts you, she is incredibly tender, cuddly and affectionate. And dogs themselves? Summer LOVES them. ❤️ She adores playing and chasing with dogs of different sizes, yet she is gentle and yielding rather than confrontational. She understands when another dog sets a boundary and steps back. This is why another dog is essential for Summer — both for the companionship and games she loves and for reassurance while she discovers her new world. 🏡 Ideal Home Summer needs a peaceful home with a secure green garden, away from heavy traffic and overwhelming city life. Her resident dog could be small, medium or larger — what matters is that they are friendly, confident, playful and genuinely enjoy canine company. Calm, patient children aged 12+ could also suit her beautifully. Summer should simply be allowed to approach and build relationships at her own pace rather than having affection pushed upon her. If you're looking for two young dogs, please also consider Summer's sister June. ❤️ They get along beautifully and could make a lovely pair, although adopting them together isn't essential. Summer isn't destructive, although normal puppy-proofing is sensible while she grows up. 💞 Summer doesn't need anyone to push her into being brave. Give her a good dog beside her, patient people and a little time to discover that her new world is safe. Then watch that delicate little observer become the affectionate, playful and wonderfully happy girl she really is. ☀️ 🩺 Health Information Summer is fully healthy, vaccinated and microchipped. She is not yet spayed due to her young age; spaying is recommended after her first season (spay/neuter agreement applies). All dogs are C.Brucella tested before travel (approved laboratory certificate provided). 💌 If you can offer forever or foster-to-adopt home, please fill out a form: https://forms.gle/vHdDRdjFzXngqzUC9
