We are delighted to announce the arrival of 5 KC Registered fox red Labrador puppies. ** Only 2 boys remaining ** The puppies will be ready to go from 15th September. The puppies are now nearly 4 weeks old and we are thrilled with how well they are growing and developing. They are well socialised, especially with children, other dogs and household life, in our countryside / working family home. Our beautiful girl Mandy (Xanthoustar Jammie Girl), and Ted (Ft Ch Arcklebear Caribou), make a stunning pair! Extensively health checked, both are quality gun dogs and family pets. This pairing has been carefully selected for prime health, temperament, and colour. Ted is a strong and athletic dark fox red Labrador, with an ideal temperament, nature and attitude; he is extremely loyal and biddable. His owner says he is a joy to train and plays a huge part in her picking-up team. In September 2021 he qualified for the 2021 IGL Retriever Championship by winning the Barton on Humber 2 Day Open Field Trial. Ted ran well at the Championship in December, getting through to the third day. Ted gained his FTCh status in 2022 season by winning the Cornwall FTS one day Open Stake. Mandy is the third generation of this line that we have owned. She is gorgeous, a fantastic example of the breed. She has the softest personality, loyalty to her owners, and she is an amazing mum who loves to work but also loves to be at home. Her pedigree is excellent, and she demonstrates her breeding in her work. She is a keen retriever and loves to work alongside our other dogs. Mother, grandmother and grandfather are all 0/0 hips and 0/0 elbows. Dad is 0/1 hips and 0/0 elbows. There are 6 Ft Chs across 4 generations between the 2 parents. This mating has been incredibly selective to produce the very best working and family labradors, in temperament, health and ability. Mandy had an easy, healthy birth and is an excellent mother to her puppies. She is up-to-date with all her vaccinations and health checks. We will also create a Whatsapp group for all the new puppy owners so that we can easily keep in touch and share updates. Photos, videos and viewings are available up until they leave. We are happy to do initial video calls for you to meet mum, the puppies, and our family. We are licensed Breeders with over 20 years' experience. We breed our dogs to keep our own lines going and only breed a small number of litters each year. We do not run dog breeding as a business and the dogs and puppies are kept in our home - they are family pets. Being licensed gives you peace of mind that the puppies are reared to the highest standards, as we have undergone rigorous veterinary and licensing inspections.
