Description
Lovely Rosie was found as a stray and taken to another rescue, where she was neutered. Sadly they had no space to keep her so they planned to release her back to the area where she was found, where locals were feeding her. Fortunately, we had space to take her in! The team caring for her felt she was far too affectionate and friendly to end up back on the streets if it could be avoided.
Rosie has almost certainly been a pet at some point in her life; she absolutely adores people and loves nothing more than fuss and attention. She has settled into her foster home incredibly quickly and has shown herself to be a loving, friendly girl who loves spending time with her humans.
Rosie did have a heart murmur detected with us which has been investigated. It seems it is present when she is stressed travelling to the vets. She has had a heart scan and does not require any medication or further treatment at present.
Rehoming criteria:
- Suitable for first time owners
- No other cats
- Potentially a calm, very cat friendly dog
- Older children due to her unknown history
- Can be left a working day
- Will need access to a garden once settled
The minimum adoption fee is £205 per cat which includes:
- Neutering
- Microchip (there is a small fee to register/ transfer ownership)
- At least the first vaccination
- Up to date flea and worming
- A Pet Remedy new home kit
- 5 weeks free insurance with Agria
- A blanket for a familiar smell
- Ongoing advice and support
