💔 Her Story
When our wonderful rescuer Lumy went to bring Heidi out of one of those dreadful kill shelters… she saw another face she simply couldn’t leave behind.
A soft, speckled little girl, sitting quietly in a cold kennel, watching… hoping… waiting.
She had just arrived there — no name, no past, no one looking for her.
So Lumy did what rescuers do when their hearts refuse to walk away…
👉 She went home with two lives saved instead of one.
And so, this beautiful girl became DALMA — named after her stunning, dotty coat that makes her look like she’s been gently painted with love. 🎨🐾

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
