Description

This is Bess, the best bernese mountain dog you will ever meet! Threw no fault of my own I am reluctantly having to put this beautiful dog up for adoption!! We have had Bess since she was 7 months old, the previous owner was the breeder, Bess was not socialised as a puppy so was full of nerves, since she has been with us she has came out of her shell so much! Bess is very good with other dogs however it takes her time to get used to new people! This dosent take too long and cocktail sausage really helps this, once she knows you she is the most loving girl you will ever have! She loves to be on her back having belly.rubs on her belly, she loves gong for walks and is much better off lead than she is on! She has been with children most of her life so is great with them and also lives with other breed dogs, she has lived with birds and is fine with birds also! We used to own a groomers and bess used to come to work all day with us, she loved seeing all the dogs come and go and is so well behaved, she also loves a good bath and is obsessed with the dryer on her body, just not her head so much, she dosent however like the cutting process around her legs and bum, and will try and sit down on the groomers head!
