Description
For adoption is our very loving american bulldog boy king, he is about 14 months old all up to date on vaccinations, vet health checked and still intact. We have had him since a puppy and have met his mum and dad and have pictures of them both, he is an american bulldog not XL or anything else just a standard american bulldog and does not full into the XL band at all. Reason for us making this extremely tough decision is due to family commitments, we just cant give him the time he needs, he travels in a car perfectly, is a big loving teddy bear, being an american bull dog he is a very strong muscly dog, when not walked he is quite jumpy so does need structured walks,I would say no to small children not due to any aggression at all just the fact he is a big strong boy so may accidentally bump a child over in the house, he can be good on the lead and some days he decides to pull, he can also be amazing of the lead and other times look at me and stare, he is a big loving clown, he will sit, wait, paw, off, bed, no food aggression at all, hes on biscuits and meat, hes got a good gut and can go between good, loves his king and working his brain to get his food, he thrives from training and reward, he will talk to you when he wants something, his favourite thing is the ball, hes been brought up around children his whole life and other dogs, cats hes not aggressive with but of they run then he thinks its a games, one of our older cats just sits there and tells him off and hes not bothered, hes in his teenage moment at the minute which if you know dogs you know they get a bit cloth eared, hes fine at being left alone and just goes sleep and plays with his Kong, he doesnt distruct the house or anything, he will guard the house and has a deep bark but is not aggressive the food delivery guys all love him, hes fully house trained, hes n9t crate trained but still young enough to be crate trained if you know what your doing, this is not an easy thing to do, he is part of us but we are not meeting his needs, the money isnt important its the home, I hope he goes local to me so we can visit his new home and bring him to you if he does go quite far away then a fametime would be needed, the breed is obviously not for first time dog owners but for someone looking for a highly trainable loving dog he is perfect, please message for any questions
