Description
Loki is a gorgeous dog, he is so friendly. He is crate trained so sleeps in this at night. He has learned to give paw and is house trained so will go to the door when he wants the toilet. He loves playing tug of war and chasing a ball.
Sadly, our other husky has just been diagnosed with diabetes, she is at the vets a lot and has to have a strict walking and eating regime, the stress from a puppy is affecting her health, and as it will take a long time to stabilise and find the right insulin balance, the vet has advised to keep the home as stress free as possible. This isn't fair on Loki as this restricts him as well, and as per the vets advice we need to separate them for a certain amount of time to give our other husky a calming environment to reduce glucose levels.
As we can’t devote the amount of time needed and the upset of separating them, we think it’s best for both dogs that we can find Loki a lovely and active home. He would get on fine with other dogs. Not been tested on cats.
