Description

We are looking to find a loving and knowledgeable new home for our Horsfield’s (Russian) tortoise. He/she has been kept as part of a pair, but unfortunately the two have started fighting, and we don’t have the space to provide a separate enclosure. For their welfare, we feel it’s best to find one of them a suitable new home where they can be kept safely on their own. * Species: Horsfield’s / Russian tortoise * Shell length: approximately 14 cm * Age: estimated around 7–12 years * Healthy and active * Used to being handled * Must be kept separately from other tortoises * Looking for an experienced, responsible owner who can provide the correct indoor/outdoor setup, diet and UVB/heat requirements. This is a reluctant sale, and finding the right home is more important to us than making a quick sale. We’d ideally like someone who understands the needs of Horsfield’s tortoises and can give them a safe, spacious environment.
