Description
Bluebelle — “Bluey” for short — is a beautiful 4-year-old female who is fully vaccinated, healthy, and unspayed. She is fully toilet trained and crate trained, and has excellent manners in the home.
Bluey walks very well on the lead. She can occasionally get a little excited and pull or grab the lead, but she knows to sit and wait at roads when told. Her recall is excellent, and she regularly enjoys group dog walks with no issues at all. She has no aggression towards dogs when out and about and is incredibly friendly with every person she meets.
Sadly, she has recently developed a dislike towards the other resident dog in the home and has started going for her. Because of this, Bluey would be best suited as the only pet in the household. She has always been fed separately and does not enjoy sharing toys. She has never lived with cats.
Bluey has lived with older children all her life and is a very affectionate, loving dog. She absolutely loves sofa cuddles and being close to her humans — although be warned, she does snore in your ear!
She is used to being left from 9am–2pm while I’m at work and settles perfectly well with a dog walker breaking up her day. She is non-destructive and very well behaved when left alone.
She’s frightened of fireworks and balloons and enjoys barking at pigeons in the garden, but she never barks at visitors or people coming to the door.
Bluey also knows a few lovely little tricks, including giving paw and kisses on command.
This is an incredibly difficult decision, and I only want the very best home for her. She will make a wonderful companion in the right home where she can have all the love and attention to herself. Must be the only pet in the household and never lived with young children.
