Louisa was lovely to deal with. Very quick to respond. Warm and welcoming. Loves her animals and a pleasure to deal with. All papers ready for our new addition. Highly recommended.

Louise was very friendly and answered all of our questions. All paperwork was in order. We were able to see both mom and dad with the pups which helps to understand possible temperament too.
