🐾💛 Amber – Just wants a home to call hers 💛 🐾
Amber is a gentle 2-year-old Romanian rescue with a Jack Russell type look (just slightly bigger at 11kg) and a heart full of love to give.
She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who adores cuddles, tummy tickles, and simply being close to her people. After everything she’s been through, what she wants most is a place where she feels safe, settled, and truly at home.
Amber is currently in foster near Worcester, living happily with three other dogs, and gets on well with both males and females. She could live as an only dog or with canine companions.
She has a lovely playful side too, with the cutest zoomies that are sure to make you smile. She’s very food motivated, which makes her a joy to train and helps build her confidence.
Amber is crate trained and her housetraining is coming along well, but she will need a patient and understanding home to continue guiding her.
She can be a little unsure around traffic on walks right now, but she is already improving and, with gentle reassurance, will continue to grow in confidence.
As a typical young rescue, Amber can jump and may be a flight risk, so she will need:
• A secure garden with no easy “launch points”
• To be kept on a lead or longline until she feels safe and settled
Amber would suit many homes – families with slightly older children, singles, couples or a quieter household – as long as she is given love, time, and security.
She comes fully ready for her new life:
• Pet passport
• Vaccinations up to date
• Flea and tick treated
• Brucella canis (BCUK) negative
• Vet health checked
• Microchipped
` Neutered
Amber is a special little dog who hasn’t had the easiest start, but she’s ready to give her whole heart to someone who will give her a chance.
