Dexter is full KC registered with over 26 generations who are all Red. Dexter only carries the red gene.
Dexter has the most gorgeous black nose and red coat of tight curls, he looks like a real life teddy bear.
He is a very intelligent and sociable boy who loves cuddles and play. He is very loyal, when walking he is always by my side and a lead is pretty much redundant. He lives in our family home with a toddler and my other dogs so is a well balanced boy. He has a lovely nature and is very gentle.
He has had all of the relevant health checks recommended for his breed by the Kennel Club including DNA, Dexters blood line and health tests can be seen on the kennel club website.
Dexter's DNA tested clear for all of the tests following:
*Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) *Gangliosidosis GM2
*Neonatal encephalopathy with seizures (NEWS)
*Osteochondrodysplasia (OCD)
*Progressive Retinal Atrophy (Rod-cone dysplasia 4) (RCD4)
*Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-PRCD) (PRA-PRCD)
*Von Willebrand Disease I (VWD1)
Dexter measures around 13” to the shoulder and is a great height for cocker spaniels, cockapoos, cavachons, cavaliers etc. He has produced stunning puppies.
£250 stud fee: This covers up to two matings and is payable on the day of the first mating once the mating has taken place. We are very flexible and can often accommodate matings at short notice as I work from home. You will be provided with a copy of all of his health test certificates to show your puppy buyers. All matings will be carried out in my enclosed garden or kitchen which ever your girl prefers. She will be given the time she needs to run around and play with Dexter and too feel as comfortable as possible.
