Description
Gwen is 1-yr old and is now ready to find her forever home. She came into us, from a local vet, with her sister, Faith.
When Gwen arrived with Rescue Me, she had a previous femoral neck and head excision (FNHE). This has now healed and our vet has signed her off as ready to be rehomed.
Gwen is, basically, a dog in a cat’s body. She greets her fosterer at the door to her foster room and meows to welcome them. She follows them round too….just like a little dog 🐕.
Gwen is a really playful little girl, with loads of energy. She will need to be homed with a friendly resident cat , to play with, chase and cuddle 😻. She enjoys having a lot of space to run around and can be easily bored. She will need lots of enrichment and stimulation in her new home, such as large cat trees, climbing frames - she is a fan of parkour - treat toys and interactive toys. Make sure to provide a scratching post, as she is fond of sharpening her claws!!
Gwen is a super nosey and inquisitive girl, who will get into anything…..including breaking into the cat food supplies! She loves her food 🍲 and is a little gannet. She enjoys watching the outside world and would benefit from access to outside space in her new home, to help with her inquisitiveness and claw sharpening!!
Gwen is in foster in Norris Green and has been neutered, chipped, parasite treated and is fully vaccinated. She will need to be homed with a friendly resident cat and any children in a home will need to be aged 8-years+. Gwen could live with a calm, cat-savvy dog.
