Description

This is an appeal for a very special person to open their heart and home to Eric. Eric is an amazing dog who has gone through so much in his life so far. Eric is totally blind having had both of his eyes removed because of glaucoma which was causing him great pain. Amazingly he has come to terms with his blindness. He has very cleverly worked out where everything is in his home and has no difficulties getting round especially when it’s time for playing with his toys or going for a walk. He absolutely loves his walks and really enjoys a good sniff around. Unfortunately, his owners have 5 other dogs and Eric is finding their presence very stressful and unsettling. The fact that he can’t see them makes him very afraid of them. Eric really needs a home with no other dogs so he can feel confident in his surroundings. With people he is the most loving, beautiful boy. He loves cuddles and just melts in your arms. Although his passport gives his age as 10, this is an estimate and we believe he is a few years younger than that. He weighs approximately 20kg and is in Cornwall waiting for his forever home.
