Description
Sold as seen from the field, currently out of work.
Ivy has been with me for two years however due to a job change when first bought has mainly been out in the field. Ivy struggles with being stabled over winter so would benefit from a yard that has consistent winter turnout. She’s a lovely mare however is too young to be standing in a field doing nothing and due to me having other horses she’s fallen to the wayside.
Ivy has been an absolute sweetheart to ride in the school in the time I’ve owned her, never bucked, reared or been nappy in walk trot and canter. Any spooks have been very genuine with her stopping to assess them getting on with the job. I have not hacked her due to not having suitable company and not being confident enough to hack alone, and she has never jumped due to not being in consistent enough work to get to this stage.
She’s currently turned out in a mixed herd, and gets on well with all the horses she’s out with, although at times can be a bit tricky to catch as she buddies up with the other young mares.
Ivy stands well for the farrier (unshod) and the dentist. Very sad sale however would rather she is well loved with someone who has more time for her rather than standing in a field doing nothing.
Genuine enquiries only please, sold from field.
