Looking for a loving forever home for Stormi ❤️ This is one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, so please no judgement. Stormi is a beautiful ginger Chow Chow x French Bulldog who turns 2 in September. She is a loving, affectionate girl who forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. Sadly, our family circumstances and lifestyle have changed, and despite trying our best over the last two years, we can no longer give her the time, attention and consistency that she deserves. We want to find her a home where she can trust. Stormi is amazing with children and has always been gentle and loving around them. She’s grown up around our little boy and has never shown any problems with children. She absolutely adores them and almost treats them like they’re her own, always wanting to be close by and look after them. She is a very nervous and anxious dog, especially around new people. She doesn’t warm to strangers straight away and will need someone who is patient and willing to let her build trust at her own pace. Because she can become frightened when unfamiliar people try to touch or approach her too quickly, she may react defensively she has never bit anyone! She snaps when feeling threatened . For this reason, she’ll need an experienced owner who understands anxious dogs, respects her boundaries, and is happy to let her settle in at her own speed. Once she knows and trusts you, she is incredibly loving, loyal and affectionate. We’re looking for a calm, loving home that understands anxious dogs and can give her the time, care and attention she needs. Finding the right home is far more important to us than finding a quick one, so we’ll only consider people who we feel are the right match for her.
