Hello and thank you for reading our advert for our stunning moyen poodle "Barbara"!
We purchased Barbara after a long search to find a girl suitable to produce our next stud dog. Therefore to achieve excellence we submitted samples to Laboklin Laboratory who produced the following EXCELLENT results.
Degenerative Myelopathy - CLEAR
Von Willebrand Disease Type I - CLEAR
Neonatal Encephalopathy - CLEAR
PRCD-PRA - CLEAR
RCD4 PRA / LOPRA - CLEAR
The above results are the ultimate health tests for a poodle for your peace of mind or looking for a new fully health tested mum to breed.
Barbara has been vet checked, receive flea and worming treatment and is fully vaccinated with Canigen Lepto 4 plus Canigen DHPPi.
The reason for her sale is that we are a FIVE STAR Council Licensed breeder of miniature goldendoodles so we required to look towards creating our next stud dog being a poodle who could physically mate with a retriever.
We purchased two dogs with the aim to achieve perfection, Barbara has been temperament tested by myself and is suitable to breed or be the perfect pet dog. She loves other dogs and all humans, lives in our home plus on occasions kennelled. She does not suffer from anxiety, is toilet trained and causes no damage when left alone (she is crate trained too).
We chose to keep our other new stud dog over Barbara (to create our next stud) as we finally found a large miniature poodle who can reach a retriever to mate with.
Moyen poodles fall under the Standard Poodle category. However, the term indicates the smaller end of the size spectrum, typically standing 15–20 inches at the shoulder and weighing 20–35 pounds. One parent would be a miniature poodle and the other a standard poodle.
I am a recently retired police dog instructor and now the breeder and trainer of therapy support dogs at our licensed establishment located just outside of Lincoln (video in our photos). On top of the above I am also a member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers / still work supporting police forces across the country in locating missing and stolen dogs.

In Germany and the Netherlands, this size is called Kleinpudel (Klein means “small” in German). Despite the different names, Moyen and Klein Poodles refer to the same mid-sized variety, larger than a Miniature Poodle but smaller than the Standard Poodle in much of Europe.
