Description

Beautiful 1yr old ‘Reuben’ good with children, dogs & people. He’s just an adorable & affectionate all rounder of compact medium size © A little bit about me in the welfares words Reuben translating from the biblical book of genesis ‘behold a son’ will only carry meaning for this lovely lad if we find him a home. Then he can behold the comforts of love & in return you can marvel at his endearing qualities. Until he has someone to call out his name across an enclosed park and watch him come running excitedly towards them the name alone won’t save him. Until our charity decided to help him the poor barrel didn’t even have a title. Not only was he considered too worthless to christen but he was an also viewed as useless enough to throw away. Reuben was abandoned and left to his fate. It would have been a scary, confusing & lonely existence. Fate saw him taken to a government shelter with policies that don’t align with ours. This handsome, gentle & passive boy is at risk. He doesn’t know it but he could be recycled back into homelessness or worse still given to a person who will not be kind to him. Please ask the charity to learn more. He will toilet outside, love your dog savvy children & take tummy rubs all day. He’ll Play with your resident dogs if you have any and they wish to & curl up on the sofa at night. Reuben will appreciate walks on the beach, through a town or across a field with a couple, family or single owner- It won’t make any difference to him. He’s just looking for his special person/s. He would like to access his own kind so doggy play dates are a must :) He’s everything & more than you wanted in a dog and deserves for that cute behind of his to be ensconced on one side of your couch.
