Description
FEMALE INDIAN STAR TORTOISE one of my long-term breeding adult females.
I have owned this female Star since 2001 and she has laid clutches for me every year since.
She was born in January 1991 and weighs 3.042kg and is 26cm long ( (SCL). She lays 5 - 6 clutches of up to 6 eggs each year producing good numbers of healthy babies.
Photos of her nesting and the 5 eggs she laid were taken on 23rd April 2026. These eggs are not included in the sale but you can expect her to lay her next clutch in another 5 - 6 weeks time.
I am slimming down my tortoise groups this year which is the only reason she is available.
She is microchipped and comes with the correct specimen specific Article 10 certificate as required by law.
These are mainly indoor tortoises and must be kept warm and active all year round.
