Description
We’re looking to rehome our lovely male tortoise, aged around five years. He’s a healthy, well-established little character with a beautiful patterned shell and a calm, curious nature. He’s used to regular handling and enjoys exploring his surroundings when given the space.
This hasn’t been an easy decision for us, but due to time constraints, we feel he would truly benefit from a home where he can receive more attention, enrichment, and dedicated care than we’re currently able to provide. Our priority is finding him the right environment where he can continue to thrive.
He will come with his current enclosure, which is suitable for now, though he will soon need an upgrade to a larger space to support his growth and wellbeing. Tortoises require room to roam, proper heating/lighting, and a committed owner who understands their long-term needs.
Please note, we have unfortunately misplaced his paperwork during a recent house move. This has not affected his health or care, but we want to be fully transparent with any potential new owner.
We’re looking for someone who either has experience with tortoises or is willing to learn and provide the time and care he deserves. A good home is far more important to us than a quick sale.
