š Oso is still waiting ā and we honestly donāt understand why.
This handsome young boy hasnāt had the attention we hoped for, yet he has so much to offer the right home.
Oso is just over a year old, full of character, and has a huge heart. He is affectionate, playful, clever and very people-focused. He loves human company and is happiest when he is involved in family life.
He is also a professional belly-rub enthusiast. Stop to give him a fuss and thereās every chance heāll dramatically flop over to make the job easier for you.
Oso already knows a good range of commands, including sit, down, wait, heel and come, and he enjoys training, interactive play, balls and chew toys. He is house trained, travels well in the car, and enjoys having his own cosy safe space at home.
But Oso does need the right home.
He is a young, intelligent dog who can get overexcited when meeting new people, so he needs calm, confident adopters who understand dogs and can continue giving him structure, guidance and consistency. He is not a āfirst dogā for someone looking for an easy, ready-made pet. He needs a dog-savvy owner who will enjoy working with him and helping him continue to mature.
We do not think Oso could live with cats.
In the right hands, Oso will be a wonderful, loyal and loving companion. He is fun, affectionate, bright and so eager to be part of someoneās life. He just needs someone to see past the fact that he needs a little guidance and recognise what a cracking dog he really is.
