Stud Male (Limelight) has exceptionally rare combination of conformation, coat quality, health status, temperament, and is of high breeding value since the current average price for high quality minuet kittens is £3000 and there are very few quality examples of the breed in the uk. He is an absolute bargain at this price for anyone who appreciates the money involved in doing all of the health tests he has had and screening. I built up a collection as I kept all the short leg kittens until adulthood which means I also tested his offspring and they have clear genetic and viral health records too. Photographs can be seen of past litters. Silver, golden and whites with previous owner I have actually owned him twice as I bought him as a kitten sold him and then bought him back a year later after I moved house. He had 2 litters with previous owner and 4 with me. His average litter size has been 7 kittens with my healthy female and previous owners healthy female.

He and his offspring have previously been scouted for television work and exhibitions and admired for their quality by many over the years.

He loves this litter tray system and will ALWAYS poo and pee inside it. I used to use a hooded tray and clumping clay litter - but turns out he didn’t like to use it much as he only used to use it for his droppings.

Breeding Strategy, Genetics & Expected Outcomes
When bred on average 50% of each litter will inherit the short-leg gene. Short leg kittens are guaranteed regardless of whether the female is a standard Persian or carrying the munchkin gene, as the short-leg trait is dominant.
For the highest quality outcomes, he should be paired with 100% Persian females. This breeding strategy consistently produces superior kittens by preserving strong Persian type, coat quality, bone, and head structure, while selectively introducing the short-leg gene in a controlled and ethical way. Breeding Minuet to Minuet does not improve quality and is not recommended when refinement, balance, and consistency are the goal.
He reliably produces solid white offspring. On average, 50% of each litter will be pure white, even when bred to a coloured female. His white kittens frequently display rare blue eyes or odd eyes, which are highly sought after and add significant value. He has never had a deaf kitten even with blue and odd eyes. His offspring can be seen on my other adverts they are being sold as pets as they have never been bred and I would like pet homes for them.
It is important to understand that Munchkin or short leg Persian minuet is not a breed, but a single gene affecting leg length. Overall quality is therefore determined by the underlying breed used in the pairing NOTE: Minuet commonly registered under TICA are often of poor quality, lacking refined Persian characteristics.
