Description
It is with a heavy heart that we are looking to rehome our rare Indio Gigante chickens.
We have 3 hens and 1 cockerel, all of which have a lovely temperament.
These are available for a pet home only, they cannot be kept with other small breeds or roosters of any kind.
The rooster is 3ft plus, hens around 2ft.
These are our absolute favourite birds and in a perfect world we would keep them, anyone would be extremely lucky to have these birds, all hens are extremely friendly and will sit on your lap given the chance, the rooster is friendly but is protective of his hens.
They’re just under a year old.
Ideally they will need somewhere with lots of land as he is a rooster and does crow.
Please keep in mind these are not cheap birds, due to their rarity and size, however they are on the cheaper end of their breed.
Please also note, they will all need to go together, as they get extremely stressed when separated.
