Really friendly and accommodating arranging when to visit and collect our new family member even when we had unexpected car problems and were delayed. Everything went smoothly using this service to message and communicate, this gave some peace of mind for both buyer and seller, very happy with our fur baby. Bonus they provided some cat food, a blanket, a cat toy, the vaccine/flea and worming documents as well as a novelty birthday certificate, all very cute touches that made collecting more special 🥰
