We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Paul from start to finish. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and always willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process.
Paul kindly allowed us to visit Penny’s mum, grandma, and the puppies, which really reassured us and showed how well cared for they all were. We were kept regularly updated with photos and videos of Penny as she grew, and Paul also kept us informed whenever vet appointments took place, which we really appreciated.
It is very clear how much love, care, and time goes into raising the puppies. Because of this, Penny has settled into her new home incredibly well — she is confident, happy, and clearly had the best possible start in life. We felt supported and confident every step of the way, and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful puppy, Penny. We would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a responsible, caring breeder.
