Poppadom would make an INCREDIBLE sports dog!
She lives to run, move, train and work with her human. And then have a cuddle afterwards! She is a full on dog who is eager to please, but in classic collie fashion, is easily offended and needs a positive only approach to training. She is quick to learn and confident in trying new things and new environments with the right support!
Poppadom is a special girl with SO MUCH ENERGY and a wickedly smart brain who will be a brilliant dog when given the right people đ
She will require continued training with her stranger-danger reactivity to humans she doesn't know. She had a history of separation anxiety, and can now do up to 6 hours alone! But she will need her first few alone times to be short and managed to ensure it doesn't return.
She would do best in a more rural home as she does like to bark out the windows, just incase the postman finally decides to try rob the house!
She has no health issues, except a history of being on anti-anxiety meds, but I believe this was due to being unfulfilled as she no longer needs them đ

Poppadoms history
Poppadom came to me in january when her previous homes relationship broke down and they were no longer able to keep her. She was born on a farm, so Is likely from working stock. She was raised in a flat, and they then moved to a more rural home which greatly helped her anxiety!
She was in need of a foster home to help her work through her axietys and training issues, which she has done marvellously!
