Description

Home desperately needed for 2 unbonded buns LITTLEBOROUGH, GREATER MANCHESTER Desperately need to find new homes! NOT BONDED! We are due to move out of our property within the next month and are unsure if the next house we will get will be suitable for the boys. Please understand this is a devastating decision as these two are a big part of our family and the homes they go to will be checked thoroughly. Minimum £40 each to ensure their safety, hutches can be included, including a large handmade indoor hutch. Each bunny will have a ‘passport’ with their likes and dislikes and history we can pass along to get you started with them. Thumper - Grey Lion-Lop - 2 years old - neutered - very friendly with pets and people just a bit grumpy and spoiled as we’ve had him since he was little and hand built him an indoor mansion to sleep in. He is an indoor at night but plays outside in the day. He doesn’t like to go in when he’s told though and is happy to occasionally stay in an outdoor hutch overnight if the weather is good. He hates being wet. NOT TO BE USED FOR BREEDING!! Flop - Black Cashmere Lop - guesses to be around 5/6 - NOT NEUTERED I will only rehome if you are willing to get him done - we took Flop on from a friend who helped him out of a sad situation in hopes to bond them as a pair. He is rock solid and nothing phases him, he will sit in a rainstorm without an issue running around chinning everything. We don’t know much about before he came to us but he’s come from being fairly jumpy and reactive to a serious cuddle bug who will binkie over a strawberry top. Once he’s been done it’s likely his most difficult behaviours will stop and they could be bonded. He will chase cats but is happy with dogs, this seems more territorial over garden space. They have spent since October sharing spaces and meeting through the wire fencing and will sit next to each other, eat together and groom but we haven’t felt comfortable to risk open contact until we were able to get him into the vets. But with our housing changing it’s forcing our hand to re-home these incredible buns so I can guarantee their safety and best quality of life. I would love regular updates to share with my daughter as we watch them settle in. 😊 Please note they are not suitable to live together and can go separate but they are the only bunnies either of them have known before so ideally I’d love someone who’s confident they can bond them and keep them happy together. Ideally someone who’s had bunnies for a while and doesn’t want to breed flop. I can go on for hours about them so please don’t hesitate to message if you think these boys are right for you, we are happy to drop them off to their new forever home as well. 😊
