A lot of horses pass in and out my yard, I don’t say things lightly especially when I say , this is one of the best to walk through those barn doors this year
He is kind and affectionate in the stable. Perfect to do everything with, live in or out, very easy and low maintenance. Great with kids and dogs , travels in trailer or lorry etc
On the flat, he’s push button!! He’s the type that makes any calibre of rider look good. His changes are push button. He is not at all sharp. What I like about him the most is, I can get in and get a very classy piece of work out of him. Then , my young yard girls can and he’ll await there every command , very leg on and steady with them , amble around off the bridle etc. I really respect the horses versatility. Sound as a kind ans flashy as can be , snaffle mouthed and would win a dressage test without doubt.
Guinness has jumped BS all his life. Career up to Newcomers. Most recently , has spent the last two years being a school master for a young teenager away at private school. He has been forgiving, genuine , competitive , and undoubtedly held her hand like the gentleman he is.
He’s not one of those precious show jumpers who won’t get his feet wet either !! Point him at any tail or hedge , he’s going! What a machine of a horse !!! All while being sane , level, snaffle mouthed , and so straightforward !! If I’m lucky enough to still have him I’m definitely wanting to hunt and team chase this lad
He’s brilliant in traffic , hacks alone or in company , is not buzzy etc. Just a pleasurable ride!
I have taken him to a riding club evening where he took part in all gymkhana games and won the ‘chase me Charlie’. He behaved impeccably! Remained very level , he didn’t alter!

He would be so fun for a teenager or an adult! He can be an allrounder with talent and fun, or your trusty hunt horse , show jumper etc …. I can’t think of a single job he couldn’t do!
Please only the very very best of homes !! This horse came into my yard a few weeks ago at a time where things were a bit tough in my personal life and I felt I’d lost the love of the horses. The day I sat on this horse , he relit that light inside me that makes me love and appreciate my job. He will be someone’s horse of a lifetime.
Very genuine reason that previous owner sold him which I’m happy to discuss. Nothing to do with Guinness personally
